Refund policy

Every Pawcupation item is personalized and made to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or artwork you approved.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the proof you approved, email hello@pawcupation.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint your item or refund you, at our choice.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once your proof is approved and production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.

Please check your proof carefully, including the spelling of your pet's name. We print exactly what you approve.
