Privacy policy

Pawcupation collects only what we need to make and deliver your order: the photos you upload, your choices (style, job, pet name), your name, email, shipping address, and basic technical information such as your device and internet connection, which we use to limit free previews and prevent abuse.

We use this information to create your previews, proofs, and products, to send order and preview emails, and, if you sign up, to send occasional news and deals. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We share data only with the partners who help us run our business, such as Shopify (store and payments), our AI art provider, our email provider, and our printing partner, and only for that purpose. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information.

We never publish your original photos, your name, your contact details, or your order number. We may display the AI artwork we create, as described in our Terms of Service.

To ask about, correct, or delete your data, email hello@pawcupation.com.
